We are excited for Mosaic Theater Company’s production of Young John Lewis: Prodigy of Protest, which opens on Thursday, March 26. They have had such an incredible response so far that they announced that they will extend the run of the show by one week to Sunday, May 3.
We recently had the chance to join them for their Spark! Benefit, Mosaic Theater’s Annual Fundraiser.
Young John Lewis took center stage, with the performance of a new song and a panel discussion between Michael Collins, our Board Chair and Psalmayene 24, who wrote the book and lyrics. Reginald Davis, Mosaic’s Artistic Director moderated the discussion.
