This production of YOUNG JOHN LEWIS was six years in the making. It was definitely worth the wait! This “Made in Atlanta” hip hop musical makes his work and legacy more accessible to all of us.
The musical reminds us that John Lewis loved his country and continuously fought for freedom, justice, equality and human dignity. His example continues to inspire us even to this day.
We hope that you come to see that the same strength of character exhibited by John Lewis resides in you as well. We hope you are inspired to make this world a better place and follow his call to get in to Good Trouble, Necessary Trouble.
